to be held 2-6 August, 2010 ã., Saint-Petersburg, Russia.
The Conference is dedicated to Prof. A.N. Kost's 95th birthday anniversary.
The venue of the conference is the Palace of Grand Duke Vladimir Alexandrovich (currently the House of Scientists, Dvortsovaya Naberezhnaya, 26).

Moscow State University, the International
Charitable Scientific Partnership Foundation, the Mendeleev
Russian Chemical Society have instituted the Medal "In Memory
of Prof. A.N. Kost". On the recommendation of the selection
committee Medals for outstanding contribution to the chemistry of
heterocyclic compounds will be awarded to research centers and research
schools, Russian and foreign scientists and Prof. Kost's students
and disciples.

The Organizing committee of the Conference comprises leading scientists of Russia and the CIS, as well as eminent foreign scientists working in the field of chemistry and biological activity of synthetic and natural heterocyclic compounds.

The Organizing Committee, the International Charitable Scientific Partnership Foundation, Moscow State University, Russian Academy of Natural Sciences (RANS) and InterBioScreen management, invite you to take part in the work of the Conference. You can register for the Conference by e-mailing your registration form to conf@ibscreen.chg.ru or by registering online at: www.CBCconf.com until November 1, 2009.
Materials for publication (plenary lectures, oral presentations, poster presentations) must be submitted (in electronic form) to conf@ibscreen.chg.ru. Deadline December 15, 2009. The authors of the accepted presentations will be notified by the Conference Secretariat by January 15, 2010.
Papers which do not meet the
instructions for presentation
(slipshod works and materials with mistakes) will not be accepted.
For non-attending participants the cost of publication in the Proceedings
will be 30 euro per 1 page.

The fee covers the participation in all sessions, publication in the
Proceedings and Program of the Conference, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome
party on the opening day, as well as the cultural program (visits to the
Hermitage, the Mariinsky opera-house, "N-Prospect" art gallery,
excursions on canals and rivers of St-Petersburg).
Additional discounts will be offered for the participants of the past CBCs, post-graduate students, students as well as the authors of papers, reviews and monographs published by the International Charitable Scientific Partnership Foundation.
The delegates are to pay themselves their travel
fees and hotel reservation/stay.
