The Conference proceedings (plenary lectures, oral and poster presentations) will be published as a new annual collection "Chemistry and Biological Activity of Synthetic and Natural Compounds" in both Russian and English. The English version will be distributed worldwide in both book form and as a CD-ROM. Each issue will be concluded with a section containing at least 100 of the most interesting and novel methods of synthesis of complex heterocyclic compounds that have been proposed by the conference participants.
