The Proceedings of the Conference will appear as a separate volume under the title The Chemistry and Biological Activity of Nitrogen-Containing Heterocycles in our series on The Chemistry of Biologically Activity Synthetic and Natural Compounds (also available on CD media).
In selection procedure, preference will be given to papers containing the most interesting data on the chemistry of various nitrogeneous heterocycles and nitrogen-containing natural compounds.
Only new materials which have not been published so far will be selected for publishing in the Proceedings. The submitted materials must have the following length: keynote and plenary lectures 4-5 pages, oral presentations 2-3 pages, poster presentations 1 page, synthetic protocols 1 pages.
The Organizing Committee and InterBioScreen management invite you to take part in the work of the Conference. In order to become a participant of the Conference please send us your registration form to spfond@spfond.ru or register at our web-site till May 1, 2005.
Materials for publication (plenary lectures, oral presentations, poster presentations, synthetic protocols) must be submitted (in electronic form) to conf@ibscreen.chg.ru
Reports which do not meet the instructions of presentation (slipshod works and materials with mistakes) can't be submitted.

Additional fee for visa application 35 euro.
It includes participation in all sessions, Proceedings and Program of the Conference, coffee breaks during the course of the Conference, lunches, welcome party at the day of opening, social events (sightseeing tour in Moscow, Kremlin, entertainment program).
